TTP 4000

TTP 4000

The programmable thermal transfer printer TTP 4000 allows automatic processing of cables with an outer diameter from 2 to 15 mm (0.08″ to 0.6″) for demanding quality requirements.

The thermal transfer printing process of the TTP 4000 opens up a whole range of wire marking possibilities, from text to barcodes and graphics such as logos. The printer combines two main processes in a single unit to achieve abrasion-resistant printing results. First, a transfer foil with the printing elements is prepared and printed on the cable using a hot stamp marking process. A special roller mechanism allows for 360° marking around the cable, which improves readability as font sizes can be increased compared to conventional printing methods. Cables can also be marked on both sides if needed. The TTP 4000 is user-friendly and can be fully integrated into automatic processing lines or operated as a stand-alone benchtop printing unit.
