HotStamp 4140
The marking system HotStamp 4140 is designed for precise marking of wires, cables, tubing, and a variety of thermoplastic materials with diameters from 1 – 12 mm (0.04″ – 0.5″).
On the HotStamp 4140, the combination of characters and character size can be selected freely within the specified range. During the printing process, the preheated character wheels imprint the precision-engraved characters by pressing the pigmented marking foil into the selected material. The concave form of the characters is exactly matched to the diameter of the processed material.The precise adjusting options for the stamping pressure, time, and marking temperature allow for repeatability and accurate results. Without changing the character wheels, it is possible to achieve up to 25-digit markings in alphanumeric characters.The HotStamp 4140 is compatible with Schleuniger cut and strip machines.
