UniStrip 2550
The programmable UniStrip 2550 strips wires ranging in size from 0.03 – 6 mm² (32 – 10 AWG) and jacketed cables up to 5.5 mm (0.22”) in diameter.
The UniStrip 2550 offers high precision and flexibility with V-blades, which work for most wires without the need for blade changes. The machine can also be equipped with radius, die, or flat blades, which are used for difficult-to-strip insulations such as Teflon, Kapton, and Kynar, typically used in the military and aerospace market. Using the color touchscreen or barcode scanner, the operator selects the desired wire size from the preprogrammed library, and all parameters (cutting diameter, clamping pressure, blade way back, etc.) are automatically set. The operator can edit the stripping and pull-off lengths as required. A very sensitive trigger sensor ensures high precision even with small, flexible wires. While processing, the operator has a clear view of the entire working area.
