SLU 3000
The SLU 3000 sealing station automatically applies weather seals with diameters and lengths of up to 16 mm to wire ends on fully automated cut, strip, and terminate machines.
The compact sealing unit SLU 3000, with its proven technology, is specifically designed for high-speed processing of almost all seal types, including irregularly shaped and hard-shell seals, at speeds of up to 200 m/s (656 ft/s). The SLU 3000 sealing station applies weather seals to stripped and unstripped wires before crimping and can be used on all fully automatic crimping machines of the CrimpCenter series. It is specifically designed for the demanding requirements of the automotive wire processing industry. Its short setup and cycle time, minimal space requirements, and ease of operation make the module an ideal add-on to any cut, strip, and terminate machine.
