SLU 3000 G2
The compact SLU 3000 G2 sealing station applies weather seals (up to 16 mm in diameter and length) to wire ends on fully automated Komax machines, such as the Komax Alpha series.
The SLU 3000 G2 utilizes proven technology for the high-speed processing of nearly all seal types, including hard-shell, mini, oval, and silicone seals, on both stripped and unstripped wires prior to the crimping process. The unit is natively integrated into Komax machine platforms and is specifically designed for the Alpha 550-G2 and Alpha 520. It is fully integrated into the Komax HMI, allowing operators to adjust and save vibration parameters, significantly reducing changeover times and the risk of input errors. In addition, the SLU 3000 G2 offers an optional Seal Check for quality assurance. To meet safety requirements, the module features two-hand operation. CE conformity for Komax machines has been re-evaluated, and the module is equipped with CE marking.
