The PreFeeder 2200 is a puller prefeeding machine that pulls wire and cable with up to 15 mm (0.60”) in diameter from reels weighing up to 70 kg (154 lbs.).
The PreFeeder 2200 features a powerful drive motor for handling heavy reels and wide belts, capable of pulling cables up to 15 mm (0.60”) in diameter.Its linear cable storage ensures a constant tensile force on the cable, regardless of feed speed. This stabilizes the physical conditions on the cable and the downstream processing machine, allowing cables to be processed more reliably at speeds of up to 2.5 m/s.The simple controls and ergonomic height of the control panel make the PreFeeder 2200 easy for the operator to handle.
