PreFeeder 2500
The The PreFeeder 2500 is an active dereeler and the ideal feeding system for wire, small cables and tubing of up to 12 mm (0.47″) in diameter with a rotating speed of 265 rpm.
The PreFeeder 2500 is a simple solution for high production output. The feeding process allows rapid acceleration at various speeds of up to 265 rpm. Because of the active dereeling of the cable wheel the pull force within the cable is low.Available in 40 kg (88 lbs.) and 80 kg (177 lbs.) versions based on maximum spool weight, the dereeler offers quick loading and unloading as well as forward and backward feed. It is easy to integrate and is the perfect addition for feeding downstream processing machines.Feed adjustment is managed through a dancer arm-type accumulator. The PreFeeder 2500 is an ideal solution for feeding a wide spectrum of materials with simple assembly of the required control elements.
