The PowerCut 3700 cuts large wire, round and flat cable, Glass Optical Fiber, tubing material and foil with cross-section up to 70 mm² (AWG 2/0) and diameter up to 25 mm (0.98″).
The PowerCut 3700 is the ideal solution for processing larger cable dimensions. It is a cutting machine designed for round and flat materials with larger cross sections, offering high accuracy and speed. The heavy-duty pneumatic cutter head achieves a clean, right-angled cut with short cycle times, ensuring high profitability through speed, accuracy, and repeatability.The rugged belt-feed transport unit, designed for high pull forces, along with the roller-guided cable inlet and universally adjustable cable guides, supports the processing of large wires. An automatic cable detection device adjusts gaps and detects cable ends.The PowerCut 3700 can be used as a stand-alone machine or in combination with various peripheral machines to create a fully automated cable processing line.
