Delta 520
The Delta 520 is a highly flexible and precise stripping and crimping machine for multi-core applications. This compact benchtop device offers high-quality processing and high output in a small footprint.
The Delta 520 combines a stripping unit and a crimp module in a compact benchtop device that offers maximum efficiency and accuracy in wire processing. The trigger sensor starts the wire processing automatically and the precise cable clamp guarantees exact positioning of the cable. Various optional components, such as the crimp force monitoring device, improve the process and integrate quality monitoring directly into the workflow. The machine can be conveniently set up on a table and with remote access you benefit from an extended service as Komax can provide reliable remote support.

Simple operation and maintenance
The saved machine configurations can be selected via an intuitive UI on the operator console which is secured with authorization levels. Simply insert the cable, poke the trigger sensor and the wires are checked before the cable is accepted to be processed. The chopped terminal strip, stripping residues and bad parts are removed automatically and disposed of easily via separate containers.
