The C1340 crimp module for fully automatic wire processing machines ensures low reject rates through CFA+/CFA crimp force monitoring and high productivity thanks to short changeover times.
The C1340 crimp module convinces with its high precision. The clear operation on the touch display and HMI make the application simple and easy to understand. The crimp height can be adjusted manually on the tool. The asynchronous motor ensures high repetition accuracy. The module is up-to-date in terms of efficiency: An optimized cycle time of 220ms (depending on the setting) is possible. Wire cross-sections of 0.125 to 6 mm² can be crimped with high accuracy and a maximum crimp force of 22 kN. Production downtimes can be avoided through the CFA+/CFA crimp force monitoring.
Precise processing thanks to crimp force monitoring
The CFA+ crimp force monitoring reduces waste, prevents unnecessary wear and saves costs. Statistical data also supports the evaluation of production .
Perfectly illuminated work area
The integrated LED lighting guides the operator through the various work zones on the crimp module and indicates focal points and hazards.
Innovative operation on the crimp module
A new line can be retrieved directly via the central operator unit. The wire can then be precisely set up to the process position using four positioning buttons.
