C1370
The C1370 crimp module for fully automatic wire processing machines ensures low reject rates through the CFA+/CFA crimp force monitoring and high productivity thanks to short changeover times.
The C1370 crimp module convinces with its high precision. The crimp height can be taught-in automatically and ensures high repetition accuracy. The range for automatic crimp height correction is between +0.2 and -0.8 mm. The module is up-to-date in terms of efficiency: An optimized cycle time of 220ms (depending on the setting) is possible. Wire cross-sections of 0.125 to 6 mm² can be crimped with high accuracy and a maximum crimp force of 22 kN. Production downtimes can be avoided through the CFA+/CFA crimp force monitoring. The clear operation on the touch display and HMI make the application simple and easy to understand.
