The compact Zeta 620 G2 automates cabinet wiring. It processes wires with cross sections from 0.5 to 6 mm², supports up to 24 wire types, and offers seven ferrule options.
The Zeta 620 G2 is a compact, fully automatic wire processing machine for cabinet construction. It processes wire lists and produces sorted, labeled wire bundles. Integrated inkjet marking and sequential processing enable structured and efficient wire production for cabinet wiring applications. The machine supports up to 24 wire types and seven ferrule types without manual changeovers. Optional modules such as the CM 1/5 and CM 04 Duo extend the processing range from 0.5 to 6 mm². By automating cutting, stripping, and crimping, it reduces manual handling while maintaining consistent processing quality.
