The passive WireStacker 1000 includes a guide channel and a collecting tray for the stacked cables with lengths of up to 3 m (10 ft) and wire cross-sections of 0.34 mm² (22 AWG).

The passive WireStacker 1000 guides and collects short or long wires that have been processed with Schleuniger Cut & Strip machines. The machine greatly reduces the labor involved in handling long wires and works well in unattended operation with trouble-free cycles.For the stacking process, the wire is fed through the ejector pipe of the wire stacker by the machine’s transport rollers. After processing each wire, the machine sends a control signal to the wire stacker, causing it to drop the wire from the collection tube into the collection tray.
