The single pan coiling system CableCoiler 1450 coils wire, cable or tubing of up to 16 mm (0.63″) in diameter. Moveable pins allow adjustements to different coiling diameters.

The CableCoiler 1450, with its rotary design and movable pins, allows adjustments for different coiling diameters. As the disc rotates, the material is coiled around the inner pins. When the coiling is completed, the coiler pulls the material out from the processing machine and stops, allowing for easy and safe unloading by the operator. Safety is ensured by performing all rotating movements in a down position with a closed and monitored cover.Its programmable parameters can be saved in jobs for easy and fast loading and can even be imported or exported between coilers via USB stick.The wire ring winder operates in “auto coil of loose rings” mode as an integrated post-processing accessory for use with cut and strip machines.
