The KTB E PLUS electric bundling machine has been continuously developed by Komax. The intelligent gripper fixture automatically detects the cross section of the inserted wire set and adjusts the required belt length, reducing setup time to a minimum during product changeovers. Individual process parameters can be set via the machine”s control panel, enabling flexible and efficient work. In manual mode, up to five different programs can be stored. Compared to manual insulation, the machine saves over 60% of the production time. The KTB E PLUS guarantees consistently high quality and is therefore the perfect solution for subcontractors producing wire harnesses for the automotive industry.
