The Delta 240 semi-automatic crimping-stripping machine with automatic crimp height adjustment offers highly exact repeatability and process quality thanks to its precise mechanics. CFA/CFA+ crimp force monitoring reliably detects missing strands, incorrect wires or insulation in the wire crimp. The cable is not moved during the work process– an advantage for pre-assembled cables. The graphical user interface enables intuitive operation with context-sensitive help, language selection and user rights. Thanks to programming, the settings are reproducible and operator input is minimized. The storage space has been increased to up to 5,000 articles. As an option, the Delta 240 can also be equipped with a bad contact cutter, suction unit and sequence function.
