Delta 260
The programmable Delta 260 can place a seal, strip the wire and crimp a terminal in one cycle. It offers crimp force monitoring, automatic crimp height adjustment and a bad contact cutter.
The Delta 260 semi-automatic sealing-crimping-stripping machine with integrated grommet insertion and bad contact cutter offers three process steps in one. Thanks to its precise mechanics, it offers highly exact repeatability and high quality. The CFA/CFA+ crimp force monitoring ensures process reliability. The cable is not moved during the work process – an advantage for pre-assembled cables. The graphical user interface enables intuitive operation with context-sensitive help, language selection and user rights. Thanks to programming, the settings are reproducible and operator input is minimized. The storage space has been increased to up to 5,000 articles. As an option, the Delta 260 can also be equipped with a suction unit and sequence function.
