The Wraptor A6500 in-line wire and cable labeling system from Brady is compatible with Schleuniger cut-and-strip machines, integrating marking into a fully automated process.

Label marking systems are often used for marking wires or cables that are not suitable for inkjet or hot stamp printing and therefore require a complex processing procedure. The Wraptor A6500 can fully automate the labeling process, increasing production accuracy and efficiency while reducing costs.The Wraptor A6500 identifies cables with diameters between 1.52 mm and 15.24 mm (0.06 – 0.60”) in just 5 seconds, eliminating the need to print labels in advance and the time required for manual application. The Wraptor’s technology enables 300 dpi prints for barcodes, logos, and diagrams, and provides a tight label wrap around the wire with minimal bubbling or wrinkling.
