Rotar 500

The Rotar 500 Series taping machines process wire harnesses of the highest complexity, such as wire harnesses in the vehicle door, mirror wiring, or battery harnesses.

The visualization of the process steps makes production much easier. The unrestricted positioning of the linear system contributes to the flexibility: Individual positions can be selected as required. There is also the option of equipping the linear system with up to two clamps. This allows plugs to be positioned ideally in relation to each other – without any manual effort. Furthermore, the Rotar 500 series meets the highest safety requirements and reduces downtime.

Highest level of processing and user safety

For maximum safety, the right-flush winding head prevents the wire from being blocked. The processor hood opens and closes automatically and detects handling errors.

Simple visualization and programming

Programming the machine is intuitive and can be done either directly on the machine or at a remote workstation.

Highest productivity and minimum downtime

The processing of tape rolls up to a diameter of 220 mm reduces downtime and ensures optimum setup time.

Additional optional functions are available

The Rotar 500 Series can be upgraded with a linear hood, MES connection, light in the winding head, ITA C software, a clamping ring for double taping, or a second linear system.
