KTB E9/19P BenchTop
The KTB E9P and KTB E19P crimper automatic bundling machines can be easily integrated into production and assembly lines, including horizontally, vertically, or at an angle, thanks to the compact, special design.
The KTB E9P/E19P V2 features a low process time of only 1.8 seconds, reducing production time by 60% compared to manual spot taping. The intelligent tape extrusion system enables tension-free processing of the adhesive tape. The KTB E9P/E19P crimper is also available as a complete system. It can be purchased together with a robot or on an X-Y-Z traverse. Thanks to its special functionality, it can be used in any installation position. Even short sections can be bundled reliably with a bundling head width of only 34 mm. As a result, the KTB E9P/E19P crimping machines ensure consistently high quality and are the ideal solution for subcontractors producing wire harnesses for the automotive industry.
