With a processing time of 1.4 seconds, the Girar 300 semi-automatic bundling machine offers an efficient solution for insulating, bundling, fixing, marking or labelling.

The Girar 300 series machines stands for high efficiency and maximum quality in bundling and marking in wire production.The intelligent gripper unit of the Girar 300 detects the inserted cross-section and calculates the required adhesive tape length with millimetre precision. Diameters of up to 17 mm can be easily processed.The adhesive tape is cut with a self-cleaning scissor blade. In addition, maintenance intervals are automatically displayed to ensure optimal operating times. Compared to manual insulation, the machine saves over 80% of production time.

A display showing maintenance intervals, an automatic knife oiling system with oil level sensor and a maintenance position for the bundling unit ensure high machine availability.
