CableCoiler 1300
The CableCoiler 1300 is a fully synchronized cable coiler for cut and strip machines with two coiling units for round cables with up to 12 mm (0.47″) diameter.
The CableCoiler 1300 coils all types of round cables up to 12 mm (0.47″) in diameter on two separate coiling stations. While the operator unloads a completed coil from one station, the CableCoiler 1300 coils a cable on the other, eliminating downtime and enhancing efficiency.The cable is fed via a wire diverter and guide tube to the rotating coiling pan, switching stations after each coil is completed.With coiling diameters from 110–230 mm (4.33–9.06″) and coil weights up to 10 kg (22.05 lbs.), it allows flexible production. Easy handling, a touchscreen, and full synchronization with the processing machine simplify operation. Minimal configuration settings reduce changeover time, making even small batch sizes productive.
