PreFeeder 4350
The PreFeeder 4350 handles reels weighing up to 400 kg (880 lbs) with wire up to 35 mm (1.3″) in diameter. Its shaftless design allows for easy loading and unloading of the reels.
The PreFeeder 4350 is a powerful, active cable feeding system for heavy-duty processing with a maximum rotating speed of 280 rpm, featuring motorized axes for fast changeovers and easy operation. It can handle reels weighing up to 400 kg (880 lbs.) with a maximum diameter of 900 mm (36″). The system distinguishes itself through its simple design and the ability to feed either from the right or rear (front/side load).The integrated cable accumulator controls the speed of the active dereeling drive. Surveillance functions provide enhanced security during setup and operation. This concept provides a cost-efficient solution for a wide range of applications.The high feeding dynamics allow for higher production rates and increase the economic efficiency of the processing line.
