The ILC Bench Top range offers versatile wire processing capabilities with its high-accuracy laser rotary cutting head. It can handle multiple wire gauges without compromising the cut quality. The programmed capabilities ensure fast and simple changes from one wire to another, even when using different gauges and constructions. One model in the ILC Bench Top range is the ILC-30/20 BTS. It features a 30-watt laser source and is optimized for wires with an outer diameter of 8 to 20 mm (0.3 to 0.8 in), with a maximum outer diameter of 1 to 20 mm (0.04 to 0.8 in). The ILC-30/20 BTS can perform circular cuts, straight slits, and spiral slits. These features make the ILC Bench Top an efficient solution for a wide range of wire processing applications.
