The basic Delta 220 model is a programmable crimping machine with crimp force monitoring and manual crimp height adjustment – optionally with stripping unit and bad contact cutter.

The Delta 220 semi-automatic crimping machine with manual crimp height adjustment offers highly exact repeatability and process quality thanks to the precise mechanics. CFA/CFA+ crimp force monitoring reliably detects missing strands, incorrect wires or insulation in the wire crimp. With the Delta 200 series, the cable is not moved during the work process – an advantage for pre-assembled cables. The graphical user interface enables intuitive operation with context-sensitive help, language selection and user rights. Thanks to programming, the settings are reproducible and operator input is minimized. The storage space has been increased to up to 5,000 articles. The Delta 220 is also optionally equipped with a stripping unit, bad contact cutter and suction unit.
