The CenterStrip 1000 precisely strips insulation windows from wires and multilayer cables ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm² (20 to 8 AWG) to a strip length of 5 to 38 mm (0.2 to 1.4″).

With short cycle times, simple operation, and quick changeover, the CenterStrip 1000 is easily integrated into automatic wire processing systems, such as fully automatic crimping machines or cut & strip machines. The CenterStrip 1000 completely removes insulation at programmed positions along the wire. Precise manufacturing of wire-specific blades prevents damage to conductor strands, and all common insulation types can be processed.
