The X1592 sleeve module is HMI-ready and offers high flexibility and process stability. It can process over 70 different sleeve types on one module.

The X1592 module is designed for sleeves commonly used on crimp sizes 2.8, 4.8 and 6.3 mm. Equipped with an HMI interface, the module can be integrated quickly and easily into an HMI-controlled production machine. The self-explanatory parameter setting requires just a few input values to ensure real-time production data and perfect process control via the software.

The X1592 can assemble wires with over 70 different sleeve types. An integrated wire gripper ensures efficient placement of the sleeves, even with soft wires. With high performance and short changeover times, the module is enormously efficient. A two-stage placement process and optional quality control
