The Sigma 688 ST automatic twisting machine enables the processing of wires, to twisting, to fixing the open wire ends in just one device. In this way, it meets all OEM quality requirements in a fully automatic overall process. The modular system structure offers maximum flexibility with six stations for process modules such as crimp or seal elements, as well as a twisting process and a spot taping unit consisting of two spot taping modules. The quality remains high due to integrable safety systems such as the Q1250i, and the fixing of both open cable ends enables dimensionally accurate work in downstream process steps. The Sigma 688 ST offers reproducible high quality with short set-up and changeover times.
