PreFeeder 1000 MX
The PreFeeder 1000 MX handles reels weighing up to 20 kg (44.4 lbs.) and has been specifically adapted for thin wires ranging from 0.4 to 3.5 mm (0.016″ – 0.137″) outer diameter.
The universal benchtop dereeler, PreFeeder 1000 MX, is designed for stress- and tension-free dereeling of thin cables and micro-coaxial cables. It ensures optimal cable transport with an adjustable dereeling motor. An electronic control system, activated with a pendulum arm, automatically adjusts the feed rate to match the requirements of downstream wire processing machines.With its closed-loop concept, the PreFeeder 1000 MX integrates easily into processing lines or operates as a stand-alone system. A standard serial interface connects to wire processing machines, halting the entire installation immediately in case of any cable feed malfunction.
