The P080 Crimping press is available either in semi-automatic (for bench top use BT) configuration. IT can be coupled to all mini applicators and applicators with the standard T coupling and to all Two-POst Crimping dies with a 20mm-diameter coupling shank.

That standard variable strokes available upon request. Fitted with a self-braking electric motor, the P080 is normally delivered with a 135.8mm +- 0.02mm crimping (measured from the applica for base plate to the press T-coulping when at Bottom Dead Center) but the operator can set the crimping height at 212mm with simple tools and a adapting kit (shank coupling) supplied with the press. Optional safety optical barriers allow the operator to load loose terminals directly over the anvil. Mecal’s own CFA crimp force analyser can be fitted as an option.
