The BT-SC is a highly flexible and accurate BenchTop stripping and crimping platform. This semi-automatic machine meets all requirements for premium wire processing.

The BT-SC combines a stripping unit and a crimp module on the base of the machine. A trigger sensor starts the processing. The cable clamp transports the cable through the machine, ensuring extremely accurate positioning of the cable during the process. Several optional components can improve the process and integrate quality control into the workflow. Several application kits are available for specific requirements, like a single or double crimp applicator, and the Crimp Force Analyzer with single or double channel. A vision sensor adds further control. A terminal oiler, bad part blades, crimp module analyzer, crimp height measurement device, and barcode scanner are also available. Additionally, the machine can be set up on a table for convenience or accessed remotely.
